There is a new thing goin on, a kind of social manipulation that isn’t gangstalking-proper, but works together with it seamlessly. I don’t know who runs it, but it has Agenda 21 written all over it. (Agenda 21 is a United Nations policy to help form the New World Order. Google it)
Much like the caste system in India, this is a power move intended to keep people trapped in the social class they are already in and thwarts advancement, especially for homeless people and convicted felons on parole. They want the homeless and parolees to stay homeless and they don’t want the parolees to rise above their parole status. I do not yet have a name for it, but a buddy of mine calls the people behind this “Shepherds” because the homeless and the parolees get herded around like flocks of sheep and if one sheep strays out of the herd, a shepherd goes and gets the one sheep and re-inserts it back into the flock.
In a similar way, if a homeless person or a parolee manages to score a high-paying job so that they can afford to pay off all their fines and fees and get their own apartment or house, thus breaking away from the cycle of homeless shelters, halfway-houses and government subsidy housing, they send an agent to befriend this person, then manipulate them to get fired from the job, or violate parole.
The purpose of this is to keep the lower-rung social class trapped in the cycle of homelessness and being continuously on parole or probation. In Colorado, the lawmakers have set things up to create “perpetual parole”, in the sense that there’s so many rules and programs you have to complete and pay for that if you violate any of them or don’t complete and pay for that if you violate any of them or don’t complete a program, the courts can reimpose the parole or probation over again so that you can never complete it and walk free.
My belief is that they want this because the chronically homeless and parolees have to depend on a plethora of various government-run services and programs and it literally takes up your whole day to do it all every day. It’s so stressful that if you manage to get a half-hour or maybe an hour of free time, you’ll go to the liquor store or the dopeman to buy some “stress management”, which leads to trouble. But, like a lot of things, money solves it so they don’t want you to have money.
They want you at your nearest Labor Ready day-labor office at 5 am with your steel-toe boots on to go do some shit job for minimum wage so you can hand over your whole pitiful check to the courts or the halfway house and stay on the treadmill. If you score a real job that pays well, you can pay off all that shit and get off of the government teat. They will literally send these agents to sabotage you.
